Who we are:
- Full recruitment cycle
- Identify and utilize sourcing tools to develop appropriate candidate pool
- Research and analysis of local market situation and trends
- Active participation in other HR processes if needed.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience (at least 1 year in IT recruitment)
- 1000+ connections in LinkedIn
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in Russian and English
- Strong team orientation as well as costs and results orientation
- Good computer skills and its knowledge (esp. MS Office)
